By registering and participating in any of the courses/workshops/events (online and offline) offered by Clément Marceau, you agree to the following:

I understand that Clément Tafin is not a registered healthcare professional, nor is anyone else at Clément Marceau.

No advice and activities presented, demonstrated or advised during any course/workshop/event are intended to replace medical consultation, and should not replace or interfere with guidance offered by a healthcare professional.

If, at any time during a course or workshop (online or offline), I feel the need for assistance, medical or otherwise, I undertake to immediately inform Clément Marceau and take full responsibility for this process, including leaving the class/workshop/event and obtaining appropriate care.

If I fail to seek required medical attention or ignore medical advice, including that of Clément Marceau, I understand and agree to do so at my own risk.

I understand that I will have to inform Clément Marceau of my pregnancy, if applicable, before starting the training and exercises.

If I become pregnant or think I may be pregnant after starting a class/workshop/event, I agree to immediately stop all exercises and techniques, and inform Clément Marceau for guidance on how to proceed.

I hereby confirm that I have carefully read this disclaimer and fully understand that it is a release of liability.

I expressly agree to release Clément Marceau and/or any person associated with Clément Marceau (including its employees, directors and/or management) from any claims or legal actions and waive any right I might otherwise have to bring an action. legal action against said persons for personal injury and/or property damage.

I take full responsibility for my health and any illness or injury that may occur.

I cannot and will not hold Clément Marceau instructors or any employer or affiliate responsible in the event of an accident or illness while practicing.
