My official bio

From a very young age, I was fascinated by consciousness, systems theory and how humans shape their world through the way they look at it. My career has introduced me to the most demanding french prep school in Letters and Social Sciences, to the best Parisian architecture school, to learning to speak four languages and to mastering a large number of technical tools or softer skills, valuable in a large number of professional contexts.

I have two graduate degrees in human sciences and a master's degree in architecture. I lived for 18 months in Latin America, hitchhiking, boat-hiking and by other means of stopping others by to board their vehicles and establish authentic human connections without increasing my carbon footprint too much. In particular, I crossed the Atlantic Ocean twice as a noob crew member on small sail boats, in an experience that included night shifts in pouring rain with wave depths of three meters and no autopilot to rely on (in case you wonder, that means I am a bit crazy, or rather courageous, depending on the point of view).

Politically engaged and against climate change, I wrote my Masters degree dissertation on the reuse of construction materials in the circular economy of Île-de-France (Paris region) as part of a collaboration with the alternative architecture structure Bellastock, then co-created a system of territorial actors for the autonomous agricultural and economic revitalization of a small town in West Africa during my end-of-studies project.

By working with me, you therefore offer yourself the skills and attention of a passionate and highly qualified person, who, although fasting, has more life experience in most areas than the vast majority of his contemporaries.

The bio that I really want to show you

I'm a human, and I love humans. Like the majority of Westerners, I grew up in a relatively easy-going context, with parents who loved me very much, and who transmitted to me as many beautiful values and experiences as some of the difficulties and unconscious blockages that they did not have the opportunity to transcend themselves.

I've been curious about how we operate for as long as I can remember, and while I've basically tried to grow up doing what I thought was expected of me to be a good person, I've asked myself many, many questions about what motivates us to do what we do, the way we do it.

This curiosity has led me to try quite a few experiments that most humans I know would not attempt, not to mention the probability they had ever heard of them.

I think, starting from the psychology of a white cis-gender man educated in a patriarchal, capitalist and individualist system, of these numerous tantra workshops, personal development courses, "psychomagical acts", sacred plant rituals, transformative readings and bodily practices of all kinds tried for around fifteen years in different parts of the planet, always with the idea of preferring discomfort and transformation to the ease and security of the known world.

I have also made many mistakes, gotten lost a thousand times, and will get lost at least as many more times. I am often afraid, and I know the value of the courage of someone who trembles with fear and decides to go anyway. It’s part of the path of anyone who wants to grow.

I am aware that in a support relationship, the support person learns as much as the person being supported. This is even the only valid reason to do what I do in my eyes.

I have chosen to support those who wish to transform, grow and move forward. And I chose breathwork because it is the most powerful, simple, profound and universal tool that I have been able to try so far.
