Narrative Breathwork
In person at the Meïsō Paris-Olympiades centre. One Monday evening a month, we explore a theme for in-depth work.
€50 · solidarity rate €35 · 12 places per workshop

What we can no longer think through, we can breathe through
There are themes we avoid for a long time: death, grief, anger, the value we give ourselves.
They don’t only live in the head. They live in the diaphragm, in the shoulders, in the throat, in the belly.
One Monday a month, we don’t talk. We breathe. We give the body permission for what the mind has been postponing for years.

What is Narrative Breathwork?
Narrative Breathwork is a practice of circular conscious breathing, inspired by the breathwork approaches of the 1960s–70s (Rebirthing, Holotropic) and by yogic traditions (Pranayama).
It opens an expanded state of consciousness, where the breath becomes a movement of integration and release.
By connecting with a symbolic theme — death, grief, anger, pleasure… — the breath rewrites memories, eases tension and opens a space of inner clarity.

Possible benefits
Every journey is unique, but the most common effects include:
- Deep emotional release
- Relaxation of the nervous system
- A calmer mind and better sleep
- Transformation of old blockages
- Reconnection with the natural movement of the breath
- A sense of peace, clarity and openness
Before the session
- Avoid eating in the 2 hours beforehand (and drinking too much just before)
- Bring a bottle of water and a notebook
- Wear comfortable clothes
- Mats and blankets are provided on site
How the workshop unfolds
1. Opening circle
Presence, intention and safety.
2. Briefing
Understanding the process and its possible effects.
3. Active breathing
About one hour of guided journey.
4. Integration
Landing, then a sharing circle; silence, writing or rest.
What participants say
Feedback from workshop participants, published with their consent. *Names changed.
“I had a beautiful time, a real inner journey. I came out more aware of my fears, calmer, and feeling I had truly moved forward.”
Silvia — “Fears” workshop
“The atmosphere, the setting and the guide are very reassuring: you really feel safe to explore your soul and your past. So much so that what frightened us is no longer so scary once explored during the session.”
Aleksandra — “Authenticity” workshop
“Clément created a climate of trust and a space conducive to transformation. A real appointment with yourself. If this experience calls you, go for it with your eyes closed and a curious heart!”
Tara — “Letting go of control” workshop
“Clément gradually guides us along the paths of the theme and opens up our imagination. The narration is the little extra: it really helps you immerse yourself.”
Katia — “A mother’s gentleness” workshop
“A good experience that allowed me to keep working on my fears. The guidance during the session is very well structured and feels safe. You don’t leave the same as when you came in.”
Amélie*
“A beautiful experience, more intense than I expected (I practise breathwork at home), with excellent guidance.”
Jules*
“Since Monday I feel calmer, but the most surprising thing is my vital energy, which has multiplied! I sleep less and I’m in great shape, very productive — it’s quite incredible!”
